Includes an attached response card soliciting donations to help pay for the happenings, and gain admission to the events. With an image of Dine's ‘Car Crash’ on the verso. Corner which likely contained the recipient's address clipped, some offsetting, otherwise a very good copy of this early evidence of performance art.
